Auto-calculate reorder point & "Order Items" - working for anyone
Folks,
I believe we're correctly configured to have Netsuite auto-calculate reorder points for all of our inventory items, but when we go to the "Order Items" page there's never anything that needs ordering. I'm sure we're low on many things, so it appears this feature is not working for us.
Is anyone using this feature successfully? Our case number is 655357 - I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone reporting this initially, but after 2 weeks of waiting for an update I called in again yesterday and there was no information in the case and I had to reproduce the problem from scratch.
