Cannot add item
I have submitted an issue to Netsuite because we cannot add any new items. When we try we always get the message "There is already an item with that name. Go back, change the name and resubmit." I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response on what is going on but I have not been able to get any kind of a response. Since I have found a ton of information on other issues I wanted to throw this out to see if anyone else has ever encountered this issue. Also, I have checked and the items we
