Bulk Receive POs or Receive multiple POs at once??

Is there anyway to receive multiple Purchase Orders for the same vendor at one time - like a bulk receive feature??  We have multiple special order items that when entered on a Sales Order, they automatically create a Purchase Order each time.  We would like to receive them all at once without having to go into each and every PO - which is in the thousands per month!!  HELP!
