Multi Location Inventory -> Multi Location Pricing?

I'm coming across items for a vendor that I have at another location. I have multi-location inventory turned on, and I understand the process for multiple vendors (and costs).

My question is how location specific pricing can be accomplished? I'd be using the same price levels (example: retail, contractor, dealer); but the price would be different based on the location (and inventory) it was being sold from.

Is this a possibility- or is it easier to create these as separate items? Thanks!
