Serialised Assembly Items and Serialised Components
We've recently purchased this module because we believed that the features described in the datasheet matched perfectly with what our company is trying to do. However, I feel as if we've been thoroughly misdirected.
The datasheet for the module suggests "Product History Tracking" - that the serialised components within an assembly would be displayed on the fulfilment for the customer to so. Therefore, if they had a particular problem with specific component - we can track that serial number and find out what assembly it belonged to. However, in practice this doesn't even come close to what it should be.
