Item not showing up on "Order Items" page
we added a P/N on 10/26 and an hour later someone put it on a sales order, creating a backorder qty of 1. Today it came to my attention that the item had not yet been ordered from the vendor. Myself and our purchaser brought up the Order Items screen and narrowed it down to the vendor for that item and it returned nothing to be ordered.
We went back to the item record and verified it showed qty 1 backordered. Being a new item item it has not yet generated a reorder point. Any ideas how to make it show that this needs to be ordered? I have to think there are other items where this has been or will be a problem.
