Separate Authorization and Billing makes us loose money
Before we switch to Netsuite, our web sales were very simple:
When somabody makes an online purchase the card is authorized and the custoemr is charged right away if it passes the authorization. Everything was real-time.
Now, Netsuite allows only real-time authorization. We have to charge (bill, etc..) the customer later on manually.
This means two time credit card processing and we have to pay twice the fees we supposed to pay.
Besides it is really inconvenient to charge the web customers later. Why can't we authorize and charge (transfer the funds) real time at the same time? Verisign allows this.
