Charge via Payflow Pro fails: Improperly configured account login ID
Hi everybody,
I set up a brand new PayFlowPro payment method in our account. I setup 3 of those before, and they technically worked fine. For some reason, when I try to charge a card with this new CC Processor I got an error:
Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed.
Company: GBSS Stores
Amount: 2.00
Reason: Improperly configured account login ID or password. Contact support@netsuite.com.
Since the credit card has not been billed, you may want to verify the credit card information and try again. Sometimes the problem is temporary in nature and a second try will work.,
It is also possible that the issuing bank of the credit card rejected the transaction. If you think that may be a possibility, please contact the bank.
