Multiple Invoices on 1 card

We're in the process of choosing a gateway for online transactions. We were wondering if anyone has had any problems with charging multiple invoices to 1 credit card?

We have a customer who does a lot of business with us, and we charge her card once per month. The number of invoices varies between 10 and 30. Right now we process them manually. Once we go to an online gateway, will there be any problems with processing 30 invoices and having all the qualifying info passed properly?
