Rejecting CC payment over 100K

I am having a problem processing a cc payment for approximately $116K, now I have had problems also sending vendor payments for over $100K so before I call the customer and triple check if their CC info is correct, I believe it is a problem or rather a seeting within NS, so I figured I would start by asking others if they ahve experienced this..here is the error message..I need more direction before I try and call the lengthy process of the NS help desk!! Thanks
