Payflow Pro now a monthly fee
In September 2014 we were notified via a bulk email that we might have to incur a monthly fee to use Payflow Pro as our gateway. At that time I emailed my account rep to see if this pertained to us. I never received a reply back... until yesterday... 5 months later. And yes, we will have to pay the per month fee or set-up a new gateway prior to our existing contract ending... which is Friday. I am beyond upset with how this was handled. She cc'd her manager during our emailed conversations, but I have never heard a
