VB.Net basic coding help needed
I am new to Web Services and a novice with vb.net. I am trying to set up a basic web services program to get a list of customers. I have the following simple code copied from another post:
Dim CustomerList As New com.netsuite.webservices.CustomerSearch
Dim CustomerSearchBasic As New com.netsuite.webservices.CustomerSearchBasic
Dim Customersrchenum As New com.netsuite.webservices.SearchEnumMultiSelectField
Dim Customerval(1) As String
Customerval(0) = New String("_customer")
Customersrchenum.operatorSpecified = True
Customersrchenum.operator = com.netsuite.webservices.SearchEnumMultiSelectFieldOperator.anyOf
Customersrchenum.searchValue = Customerval
CustomerSearchBasic.stage = Customersrchenum
CustomerList.basic = CustomerSearchBasic
Dim Customers = srv.search(CustomerList)
My problem is with the last line. I am running Visual Studio 2005 and I keep getting the compile error that says that srv is undeclared. I can't figure out how to declare it. All of the samples I see on the forum don't have it declared. I know I am missing something very simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim.....
