Ideas on being amazing at Item management?
Hey Folks!
I'm curious how others out there have worked to maintain your Item list. One of my users is recommending a workflow to ensure that if something is changed it goes through a proper review. Has anyone developed a workflow that they are proud enough to share? Is there anything other than workflows that you've found to be useful in regards to ensuring fields are completed appropriately? (custom forms?)
In a prior life we fixed this issue by having a very small number of people who had the power to make updates to the item master. My new org is less enchanted with this idea.
