Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

How to customize fulfillment form
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to streamline the process we use when we create item fulfilments. The goal is to minimise manual data entry and reduce mouse clicks and keyboard tab key presses to an absolute minimum.
I’ve achieved the first part of this by using a workflow to pre-populate data in custom fields when the form loads, but I’m struggling with the second part. The form loads with the custom form field highlighted. This means that the tab key needs to be pressed 6 times to reach the field into which data needs to be entered.
So, is there a way the override the default behaviour so the form opens with correct field highlighted, so the tab key presses aren’t needed. I feel that this should be scriptable, but I’m at a bit of a loss as to how to approach it.
