Automatic Update of State Sales Tax Tables

We ship to every state and have a taxable nexus in several of them.  So, we have to keep our tax tables updated.

For a single state, this isn't a big deal.  Just go to Setup --> Accounting --> Use State Tax Tables, select the state, and save to run the update.  But when you hit 20, 30, or 50 states, this is a huge job.  It is also too easy to skip a state.

According to the help file (emphasis added):

NetSuite enables you to import up-to-date sales tax codes for the states in which you charge sales tax. Each month, NetSuite updates its database table that stores the tax rates for all U.S. states. The Version field on the State Tax Import page indicates the effective date of the tax rate change.NetSuite receives the tax table updates from Avalara.
