Is NetSuite down for anyone?

When we try to log in, we either get "Account Unavailable. Select another role" or the login page hangs.   Looked at Status.NetSuite.com and it does not have a current outage listed.

The kicker is we cannot get to the Support page link in Suite Answers to log a case
