Items appear in Cart without the Customer adding them

Hello,

we've been facing this issue on our SCA Elbrus web store since release 2018.2 came out mid-September, where some customers have found a bunch of items (5-10 lines) appearing in their shopping cart on their own, without them having added them.

Has anyone faced this issue?
