C# Connect to Rest Api example

Is there an example on how to connect to the netsuite rest api from c#? (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/netsuitecs_gs/NSTRW/NSTRW.pdf )

All of my attempts have failed with Invalid Login Attempt error messages.  For some reason I am able to connect using Postman but not my C# app when trying to use token based access.
