Bank Feeds SuiteApp - Additional Login Validation

edited Mar 9, 2020 6:32PM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

We've recently started using the new Bank Feeds SuiteApp.  Overall it's a pretty great improvement on importing financial institution data.  We're using it successfully for our corporate AMEX cards, for example.

We have two different banks, both of which are listed in the available options for connecting to bring in our bank data.  However, when we attempt to connect to them, we are consistently receiving failure messages.  The only thing we can think of that might be causing the issue is that the Banks' online access requires some additional form of validation/input.

Example:  The NetSuite interface for connecting only has two fields (basically username and password) but both of our banks require some additional form of input on their website -- the first requires the user to indicate Personal or Business for the account type.  The second requires the inclusion of a "pin" in addition to the username and password for login.

Howdy, Stranger!
