Workflow email action missing fields from PDF
Hi All,
We have a workflow with an after submit action that emails the transaction PDF on create.
Sometimes, the PDF that is received in the inbox is missing data from the body of the document, customers invoice and delivery address for example. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to this and I am unable to replicate it.
Strangely, when you look at the PDF on the email in the communication tab, the PDF is correct, but the document received in the inbox is not!
Has anyone ever encountered this before?
