Evaluating a Move Away from Netsuite's E-Commerce Solution - BigCommerce and Shopify

I'm looking for any insight or recommendations anyone has to offer.  Our company has been using Netsuite's E-Commerce solution (Site Builder) for 10+ years.  We've considered moving off of it several times in the past, but just haven't pulled the trigger for one reason or another.  We're now very seriously considering BigCommerce or Shopify.

Just trying to hear about other's experiences moving away from Netsuite's platform, and whether you came from Suite Commerce Advanced or Site Builder.  Have you been the happy with the move?  Did your search engine results take a hit, and if so, approximately how long did it take to recover?
