Characters in CSV Uploads not appearing correctly in Netsuite
Hello,
We are uploading CSV UTF-8 files to Netsuite, however, we are noticing that when the upload is done into Netsuite, some characters in the CSVs (such as apostrophes) are swapped out for other characters (e.g. â, and other characters).
I attach some background and screen shots showing this. I tried to upload the original CSV but unfortunately that file type isn't supported here.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i'd be really grateful - it's causing a lot of issues as this text ultimately ends up on our website!
thanks
Emmy
