Implementing Avalara Taxes for a new subsidiary where customers already exist
Hi All,
I wonder if anyone has implemented Avalara into an account where all existing customers have a primary subsidiary in the UK? We have around 6500 US based customers whose primary subsidiary and obviously all of their associated transactions is UK and we've created a new subsidiary and added that as an additional subsidiary to those customers. I've made the US tax nexus available to the UK subsidiary which allows me to choose the correct Tax Item on the customer, but the "Taxable" field isn't available because the primary subsidiary is not US and therefore taxes aren't calculated by Avalara.
