Defining recipients for saved search email
Hi folks,
We have users able to create saved searches all across our business.
When a saved search is able to send via email, we can select the recipient from a list of groups: contact, customers, employee, group, partner and vendor. (see image below)
However, in order to protect some sensitive internal data from our company, we would like to restrict the above list. So, only "employee" option would be acceptable.
Is there any way to restrict it ?
PS: the SuiteAnswers ID # 8477 don't go deeper in the subject.
