Deleting a Budget?
Hello, I am relatively new to NS and certainly to the forum.
I set up a budget using "copy budgets" based on FY2008 and checked the boxes for "keep customer detail" and "keep item detail". What I ended up with was over 3100 budgets for FY2009 !!!!!!?? On closer examination, each "budget" appears to be listed by individual customer, or class.
Of course, this is not what I wanted, so I then looked for the delete button - but I cant find out how to delete all of these "budgets" simply. HELP!
Looking at the report of budget vs actual, the budget seems to show a multiple of income and expenditure - certainly not the actuals from FY2008???
