Account selected on Revenue Recognition schedule and GL Impact on Sales Order and Invoice
When a sales order is created with line items linked to a revenue recognition schedule, the GL impact of the sales order line item displays : Credit: Income account set on the item record. Why is it not going to the Deferred Revenue Account set in the item record instead of the income account set in the item record?
When I look at the the Revenue recognition schedule created for the item, it is also is going to the Income account and not to the deferred revenue account setup in the item record. Can some one help me understand why this is happening?
