Custom Record Type permission only for Administrator role
Hello Everyone!
I've created a own Custom Record Type called 'Support Request'. Within this Record Type I've added some fields and a form for requesting support. Also, I created a link from the 'Support' menu to easily create a new record.
Only users with the role 'Administrator' should be able to create a new Support Request record, so I've set the Acces Type to Use Permission List. Within this Permission list, I only added Administrator and give this role Edit permissions.
When I'm switching to the 'Controller' role, the 'Support Request' link is still available and it's possible to create a new record.
