SuiteApprovals Key Info
We need some urgent info as follows:
1. We need to know the field on the document (in our case the PO header) which determines who is the current approver of the document. We have found a standard field called Next Approver.
- we need to be able to change the approver in an emergency
2. If multiple approvers are allowed (as the suiteapprovals rule allows it), where are these names stored on the document being approved?
3. Who can approve documents in an emergency - is it only someone with Administrator role?
