How to set EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATE?
I have a pre-created email template specified in the EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATE field of the Custom Transaction form, but when I try to send an email from the transaction, the "TEMPLATE" is not set to anything. Why is this?
Do I have to specify "TEMPLATE" on this screen every time?
If so, what is the purpose of setting the EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATE in the Custom Transaction form?
I would like the "TEMPLATE" to be set automatically when sending an email from a transaction.
