How do you handle Case Pack and Unit of Measure Changes on items?
Hi, new user to the site. I would like to know how you handle case pack and unit of measure changes within Netsuite as we are being told it does not handle these changes. We are a closeout wholesaler that have case pack changes and unit of measure changes on a regular bases and wondered what the work around is for others with this same issue?
Unfortunately we don't always get the correct information from the supplier and sometimes they don't even know what the case packs are during the ordering the purchase order process.
