How to update Customer Deposit Memo using data from newly created Sales Order?
Hi There
I wanted to confirm the feasibility of the following before I start working on it:
- A sales order is created in the UI.
- A customer payment transaction is created from the sales order. The sales order is closed.
- An invoice is received via SOAP integration
- The invoice number is added to the customer payment transaction
Is this possible?
I am trying to think of how an update like this can be done?
Would a map reduce script or a scheduled workflow be something that can be used to update the customer payments?
If the map reduce script option is used, how would that be triggered?
