How to disable Include Transaction checkbox when sending email from a transaction?
When sending email from a transaction, we see the Include Transaction checkbox active.
Is there anyway to have it default to unchecked? We want the user to explicitly select the checkbox to include the transaction when needed not always.
Alternatively we can turn off this feature (Setup --> Customer --> Enable Features --> CRM --> Mail Merge). However, for the select cases where we want the transaction to be included as a PDF, is there a way to achieve this without downloading and uploading the PDF as an attachment?
