How to use Dunning Letter Distributions

Hi

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me here.

I'm trying to implement the Dunning module and am having some issues configuring who will actually receive the dunning letter emails.

On my customer record, I have the main email field and I have a secondary email field which stores additional email addresses (comma separated) used when we issue invoices. I also have an account manager field on the customer, which is populated using the relative employees.

Ideally, I want the dunning letters to send to the email addresses in the two fields as well as the account manager. However, from what I can see, I can only configure the base dunning module to send to the main email address field on the customer record, or to specified 'Contacts'.
