How can we do to remove some result columns of the exsisting saved search in the suite script?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:35PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

We call the existing saved search via id in the Suitelet and run it and use the result in the logic.

But we would like to remove the result columns once and push the columns again with the new sort configuration from the search object by evaluating the user's role.

Like this

1 remove the column{name: 'custbody_sw_vehicle_master'} from the result

2 push the column {name: 'custbody_sw_vehicle_master', sort : ASC} from the result

So, How can we do to delete the column once and change the sort configuration("sortdir") of the N/Search object in the Suitescript?

Howdy, Stranger!
