How to make CASE Statement to pull data from System Notes into a Transaction saved search

edited Jun 20, 2023 7:52PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

I have been asked to add a field to an existing Transaction saved search to display the date/time that a pick ticket was printed. Operations management is interested in seeing how long it takes the warehouse to pick an order from the time it was "sent to warehouse". The highlighted fields below are the data that must be added to their open orders saved search.

I have tried numerous times to avoid the ERROR: Invalid Expression, but I am coming up empty.

Would someone be able to tell me what I am doing wrong?

FORMULA TYPE: (I’ve tried Date/Time, Text, and Date)

Howdy, Stranger!
