Dangerous goods set up and the functionality is not working to allow for printing DG report

Dangerous goods set up and the functionality is not working to allow for the printing of any dangerous goods reports. Information entered in the Shipping(HAZMAT) subtab of the Item Fulfillment record are being erased when the record is saved. 

Purpose: Customer will be shipping Lithium Ion batteries which require a "dangerous goods" setting when shipping via FedEx. They have enabled Hazard Items shipping on the Shipping Accounts under Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Preferences and have configured one item with the necessary information under the Hazmat tab. Created an order for this item but hazmat tab on the IF record is not populated.
