SuiteCommerce Standard Hide Fields added by Avatax Item Detail Page

There is answer ID 61601 that is the solution to hide fields added by Avatax installation item details page for SuiteCommerce Advanced, but i have SuiteCommerce Standard and this does not work.


Does someone know how to remove these fields from the Item Detail page for SuiteCommerce Standard?
