New contact from customer record clear email address
Hi,
After creating a new contact from the customer record, the email address and the phone field gets auto-populated.
Here I have opened my test customer: Dummy company for testing;
in the email field marked in red you will see the main email address for the customer.
When I click New Contact under the Relationships tab.
the contact window pops with most of the fields empty but not the email or the phone.
I look at workflows or script but I don't see to find witch one might be causing this issue.
I tried creating a contact Workflow to clear the fields but not luck.
