Unable to add my Netsuite Email to Customer account as an employee while provisioning new Customer

Hi Team

During New customer provisioning in Production, Unable to add my Netsuite Email to the Customer account as an employee because of an error. When trying to add my Netsuite email to the customer account, I get the below error(Only active NetSuite employees may be added to the customer account.). 

Because of this, I am adding my Oracle email address which is consuming a customer license and is getting issues. Can anyone help me how can I get my Netsuite email to an Active Netsuite employee to avoid that error?
