CDATA Connection Issues - No Customers/Invoices showing up.

I am testing the CDATA connector with Netsuite. After I followed all the instructions on the connector, I could connect to Netsuite and download some data like accounts and transactions. But I can not download any Customer/Invoice data. I did give the right permission for the role.
