Item groups vs Assemblies
I am still working in the warehouse overhaul, and someone asked me why I prefer item groups as opposed to assemblies (which was part of the selling point for us with NS) or kits. The truth is simple, when I dove into this last year, the assemblies were messy and difficult to work with, item groups were easier, fulfilled my need, and have since worked well. However, the more I know of NS, the more I know that some areas are really great, if you understand the fundamentals. I freely admit, I don't-
