Custom Role Cannot Approve Time Entries
I've created two custom roles, each with its own custom center. One role (Engagement Manager) mimics the standard NetSuite Project Manager role and the other role (Executive) mimics the standard NetSuite Administrator role. When I use the Engagement Manager role, I can approve time entries, but when I use the Executive role, I do not have the ability to approve time. The approve time button still appears on the record but is grayed out so that I cannot click it. I have double checked permissions, and the Executive role has all permissions that the Engagement Manager role has. Is there
