Distinct Total Formula When Criteria Runs on System Notes
Hi all, I've created an Opportunity saved search to show opportunities that have been updated to a select few statuses this month. I want to get the projected total of all of the opportunity records that are not a certain status, however, I cannot summarize because there are multiple lines due to the system note criteria.
This formula will sum distinct projected totals correctly but does not have the status criteria:
SUM(DISTINCT({projectedtotal}))
When I add the CASE WHEN statement, I get an invalid expression:
CASE WHEN {entitystatus} !='OPS - Processing LIVE' THEN SUM(DISTINCT({projectedtotal})) ELSE 0 END
