Seeing other's User Notes Search

Hello,

I created a search "Daily User Notes" with criteria of the Author as my Sales' team, including me. For some reason, I can only see the user notes from myself and not others.

Another colleague of mine has the ability to see all Author's notes, so that leads me to believe it's a permission I don't have. I cannot seem to find what that permission is, though. Does anyones know what permission this may be?
