Are there any suggested solutions to manage projects with multiple funders?
We are a projects-based organisation implementing NetSuite (with Projects, Advanced Revenue Management). As a non-profit, we have a fair few projects that are funded by multiple entities - effectively pooling funding into a single project to deliver over a number of months/years. However, they are projects, not donations or grants, so we still need to use project revenue recognition to earn the revenue and defer invoices.
Are there any clever ways we can manage these, whereby we can pool a budget from multiple funders, but have a single project structure to deliver the work and earn the income?
