Tax Exemption
Greetings,
I have a question about Tax Exemption, here is the scenario, we have a customer : Sub customer and Unit (custom record). and Sub customer : unit combination might have tax exempt based on a state or type of business, how do you account for this? we have Avalara and they weren't much of help when we went to them.
If Unit was a sub customer of a sub customer, it would have been a easier but we are too far down the road to back track.
TIA for any input.
