workflow to check the expense line amount on vendor bill
Hi
I am trying to create a workflow that will check the total amount of a vendor bill.
The purpose is that if the amount is grater than 100, there should be a custom mandatory body field - of course that it should be set as mandatory before the user saves the bill.
The 'amount' field on the vendor bill is populated according to the line amount.
My client use the expense tab and not the item tab so I cant use the sublist option
I used the set field mandatory action:
The field isnt set as mandatory cause the amount field on the vendor bill isnt really edited by the user but populated according to the amount that are on the expense lines (when I update the amount on the amount field by myself so the trigger is working)
