Oneworld with subsidiary upgrade

Do I need to reconfigure our SuiteCommerce website completely when we switch to Oneworld w/subsidiary? We are setting up the Oneworld with Subsidiary in Sandbox but production still is still running on oneworld without subsidiary. I need to get our sandbox SuiteCommerce site up and running and looks like we might need to set up completely.
