Clarification about the 3 record types that have online form capability
In the study guide for the NetSuite Admin exam, it is mentioned that you should know the three record types that have online form capability.
I am a bit confused about this statement and would like to confirm my understanding.
Without a NetSuite website but with Marketing and Case Management features enabled, my understanding is that those three record types are the two specific ones: Online Customer Forms and Case Management Forms. The third one is more generic and inclusive, referring to Custom Record types.
I would appreciate your clarification on this matter.
