UKG Integration failing to Inactivate Employee Records
Hi Gurus and SuitePeeps!
I have a situation where we have a UKG NetSuite integration setup to activate and inactivate employee records. (It's a bit more complicated, but that is the gist).
The connectivity and mapping work just fine, the activation of inactive employee records works just fine… what is NOT fine is marking employee records as inactive. For some reason the integration just won't make the employee record inactive.
This maybe a shot in the dark, but has anyone dealt with something like this before?
